Tom tests the theory that a rush of blood to the head is the best way to inspire creativity. Has it worked? guess you’ll have to ask some of our clients.
We had a similar idea as John Lewis when it came to decorating for Christmas but on a slightly more erm, modest budget. Here in today’s glimpse from the grotto is a festive scene featuring our very own snowman who looks like he’s loving the -1 temperature in the Folk office. Well, that or he’s just finished doing his Christmas shopping…
Some agencies have fairy lights, others like us have a whole den of Christmas delights.
At some point during the night some festive fairies broke in determined to get Folk into a Christmassy mood.
Here’s the first of what we’re calling ‘Glimpses from the Grotto’ we hope you’re feeling festive…mince pie anyone?
This little fella resides somewhere near the Folk office. Why he’s chosen a spot outside somes flats as his residence no one knows but people remember his curious stare wherever they go.
For someone so young, Otto sports a surprising amount of facial hair. He perfectly matches a checkered shirt, chunky knit jumper and red trousers for an on trend folk look.
A musical connoisseur, he tops this outfit with a mandolin, where he got it no one knows but he sure can play a good cover of REM-Losing My Religion with it.
Otto proves you’re never too young to own a unique sense of style or support a good cause.
Movember might be for the boys but that doesn’t stop the girls at Folk from joining in for a good cause, question is which is the real moustache…
Our Aimee can today finally revel in celebrating the end of the last 3 years of dissertations and pot noodles by posing for the most formal Fash-Off to date.
Now fully qualified in art of Advertising and Marketing Communications let’s hope things like this Fash-off get replaced for something more significant.

There aren’t many people who co-ordinate what they eat with what they we wear, Paul on the other hand seems to have referenced the seaside fish and chip palette in his hand when putting together this outfit.
An unusual combination of ochre and paisley is a bold choice but one worn with confidence by the Folk founder. As for the twig on his shoe? perhaps it’s a sign of Paul going back to his roots…

If there’s one thing a developer like Frank needs it’s brain food to plough through hours of coding. A stomach full of KFC appears to be the weapon of choice amongst the tech team at Folk to fuel their digital craft.
